## Description

Block distracting apps until you choose an unlock. They re-block when time ends. No account, ads, or tracking.

App Guardian adds one deliberate pause before that reflex. It is an app blocker for adults and older teens managing their own iPhone.

Apps you select stay blocked. When you truly need one, unlock just that app for 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes—or choose a custom time. App Guardian blocks it again when time ends.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Keep selected apps blocked by default
• Unlock only the app you just tried to open
• Temporarily unlock all selected apps from the dashboard
• Choose 5, 10, 30, 60 minutes, or a custom time
• Re-block automatically at the end of each unlock
• Add a personal message to the block screen
• Switch between System Default, Japanese, English, and Korean in the app

PRIVACY
Your blocked-app selection, unlock state, and settings stay on your device. There is no account, advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking.

App Guardian requires Apple Screen Time permission during setup and uses the mode for managing your own device. It is not a parental-control app and cannot be used to manage another person's device.
