## Description

Draw borders, merge nations, and build empires on real world maps. Every card reshapes the world. Can your empires dominate before the deck runs out?

Empire Creator is a strategy card game where you paint the map and build nations from scratch.

HOW IT WORKS                                                                                                                                                            
Each turn, draw a card from the deck. Cards let you expand territory, create new nations, merge empires, split countries, adopt religions, and swap land. Paint your borders by hand and watch nations rise and fall.

Play on 7 beautifully crafted maps — North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, or the entire World. CARD TYPES                                                                                                                                                              
- Expand cards give you a paint budget to grow your nation's borders
- Add New Nation places a brand new country on unclaimed land                                                                                                           
- Union merges two nations into one growing empire                                                                                                                      
- Split draws a line to divide a nation in two                                                                                                                          
- Swap Places exchanges territory between nations                                                                                                                       
- Adopt Religion creates or spreads belief systems                                                                                                                      
- Mega Merge is ultra-rare (1 in 500 chance) — pick a nation and absorb up to 9 others                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                                                          
WIN CONDITIONS                                                                                                                                                          
Dominate 60% of the map for an early victory, or outlast the 80-card deck and lead when the cards run out. Every game plays out differently.
