Plan your week before it hits you - The new Plan tab gives you a 5-day forecast personalised to your triggers, not a generic regional average. See exactly which days will be hard, an hour-by-hour chart for tomorrow, the species driving the count (alder, birch, grass, mugwort), and a clear thunderstorm callout when conditions could rupture pollen grains. Look up any UK postcode — useful before you travel, visit family, or plan an event.
Insights that get sharper with every log  - The new Insights tab is where Haelo's pattern detection lives. See your exposure mapped against your symptoms over 7 days, 30 days, or the whole season. Find out which lifestyle factors — sleep, HRV, alcohol, outdoor exercise — track with worse days for you specifically. Read your season at a glance with the new arc bar showing where you are in the curve.
