App Fast helps you take control of your screen time through faith-based "fasting" from distracting apps.

You choose the apps that pull you in, and App Fast puts a real shield between you and them — working at the iOS Screen Time level, not just willpower. Every time you reach for a fasted app, you get a moment to pause instead of scroll.

Your Shield, Your Way
Choose what the shield shows you:
Affirmation — a warm, encouraging line anchored by a Bible verse (the default).
Verse — scripture on its own, just the Word.
Custom — your own words, whatever you need to hear in that moment.

Two Ways to Fast
Lighter Fast — the shield gives you a pause, but you can still choose to break the fast. A conscious choice, not a reflex.
Full Fast — the shield holds firm. No breaking it — just the invitation to do something else.

You can also set fasting hours per app, so an app is only shielded when you want it to be.

Free to try for 14 days — no card needed. After that, continue with a monthly or 6-month subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in Settings.
