## Description

HealthDash is a personal health dashboard that pulls your data from Apple Health into a clean, dark-themed interface. See your daily steps, active calories, weight trends, sleep stages, heart rate, nutrition macros, blood pressure, blood glucose, and body fat — all at a glance.
 
Swipe between Today, Week, and Month views to track your progress. Customize your dashboard layout to show the metrics that matter most to you. Set daily goals and track a cut cycle with weight projections.
