Each session generates fresh challenges tailored to your skill — multiple choice, true/false, and open-ended questions. Connect your own Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini API key for unlimited sessions, or use the built-in quota.

The health score for each skill updates in real time based on how long it's been since you last practiced and how well you did. Red means it's fading fast. Green means you're solid.
