## Description

You choose which apps to block. When you want to open one, you explain what you need to do. If your answer is specific and makes sense, you get timed access for a few minutes. If it's vague, Gatekeeper tells you what was missing and reminds you of the goal you set when you downloaded the app.

That's the whole idea: a two-second pause between the urge and the app. Most of the time, that's enough to break the autopilot.
