Integrates with Apple Health: writes your nutrition (energy, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium, vitamins, minerals) and reads body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, lean mass) so your daily targets stay personalised. HealthKit is opt-in; you choose which categories to share.

PRIVACY
MacroSight stores your data in your private iCloud database — we have no servers that see it. Photos sent to Claude or other AI providers are never used for training. The food catalog is fetched anonymously through a Vercel proxy. Food data: USDA FoodData Central (public domain) + Open Food Facts (ODbL).
