## Description

Log your pain in seconds, spot patterns over weeks, and bring a ready-made PDF report to your next appointment. Your data stays on your device.

Walk into your next appointment with a finished report instead of a vague memory. PainTrack is your personal pain diary - simple, private, and right on your iPhone.

Log your pain daily in just a few taps, watch how it develops over weeks and months, and find out what actually affects it. All your data stays on your device - no account, no server of ours.

LOGGED IN SECONDS

• Three scales: 0-10, Yes/No, or Mild/Moderate/Severe
• Tap the circumstances instead of writing them down - 26 suggestions from "slept poorly" through "long time on screens" to "weather changed", and your own take two seconds to add
• Pain type and a note on every entry, editable at any time
• Daily reminders at your own times - skipped automatically once you have logged
• Widget for home and lock screen: streak, today's status and the last 30 days, without opening the app

SPOT THE PATTERNS

• History charts across one or several pain definitions
• Weekly trends - this week compared to the week before
• Activity heatmap of the last three months
• Event markers - note the day you changed a medication or started a therapy
• Streak and milestones to keep you going
• Your dashboard in your order, cards you can hide, dark mode

USE FOR FREE

The free version is not a trial period. You track one pain definition for as long as you like - with all three scales, notes, tags, reminders, the widget, event markers, and analysis over 7 and 30 days. Your entries stay fully intact; nothing is deleted.

PAINTRACK PRO

• Unlimited pain definitions - track several complaints side by side
• PDF doctor report - pick the pains, the period and the sections, with charts, ready to share
• Trigger analysis - which circumstances, pain types and weekdays go with higher intensity. In plain sentences, and only when there is genuinely enough data
• Event analysis - up to four weeks before a marker compared with up to four weeks after
• Monthly reports - days logged, average, pain-free days, longest streak and the change from the previous month
• All analysis ranges - adds 90 days and your complete history
• Third weekly trend card
• iCloud backup - automatic, into your own iCloud. You can always restore your data, even without Pro
• Data export and import plus CSV export, including the dialect European Excel opens without asking

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Your entries are encrypted on the iPhone, and the optional backup sits in your private iCloud - we never see it. Lock the app with Face ID if you want to.

PainTrack Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase.

The Pro subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime in your iTunes account settings. Apple's Terms of Use apply - available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
