Press record. Speak. Watch your words appear; transcribed entirely on your device by a Whisper AI model that lives inside the app. No internet connection, no account, no server, anywhere, ever sees what you said.

WHY OFFLINE MATTERS
Most "voice-to-text" apps quietly send your audio to a remote server for transcription. Even ones that claim to be private often route through Apple's Speech framework, which uses Apple's servers by default.
Undertone doesn't. The Whisper model is bundled inside the app at install time. Transcription happens on your phone's Neural Engine — the same chip that handles Face ID — and nothing is sent anywhere.

Turn on airplane mode. It still works.
