Built to help individuals and families navigate complex care systems, TheLink is guided by Hope in Action through IRB-approved research — including a community needs assessment and focus groups — ensuring the platform is developed ethically, responsibly, and with deep respect for participant privacy. Every data collection effort is intentional, working toward a trusted, user-centered experience. The West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities contributes both funding and expertise to support the app's development.
