Every company is scored on five HUMAN dimensions:
• H — Human Consciousness (creative agency vs. automation)
• U — Understanding & Empathy (genuine care vs. simulated)
• M — Moral & Ethical Conduct (principled action)
• A — Alive & Environmental (true ecological cost)
• N — Natural Transparency (honest disclosure)

Each dimension breaks down into sub-signals. Scores range 0–100.
740+ companies scored so far, expanding every week.

WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM

HI Grade uses 42 free, public data sources — SEC filings, EPA 
enforcement, OSHA violations, CDP climate disclosure, Glassdoor, 
Fair Trade, B Corp, CFPB complaints, and many more. No paid data. 
No proprietary secrets.

ZERO AI IN SCORING

Every score is deterministic. Reconstructable. Auditable. We believe
if you're measuring AI's impact on humans, you shouldn't use AI to 
do it. The methodology is open source (Apache 2.0) on GitHub.
