HOW IT WORKS
1. The Lock: Tact strictly blocks your most addictive apps (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. The Prompt: When you try to open a blocked app, Tact gives you an impromptu speaking prompt (e.g., "Describe a pivotal moment in your life that shaped who you are.")
3. The Rep: One clean take. 45 seconds. Camera and mic. You have to actively formulate an answer and speak it out loud.
4. The Unlock: Once you complete your rep, your apps instantly unlock.
5. The Notes: Tact immediately provides AI-driven feedback to show you exactly how to tighten your delivery, stop rambling, and command authority.
