White Noise & Smart Intervention
Enjoy high-quality white noise to reach your flow state. When prolonged text-neck is detected, NeckFlow gently ducks the audio volume or plays a soft chime, subconsciously prompting you to sit up straight.

Daily Health Insights
Get a clear daily report of your posture. Track your healthy posture duration versus high-load duration, and get a personalized Neck Stress Score to see your improvement.

Privacy First
All sensor data is processed strictly locally on your device. We do not upload or store your motion data on any cloud servers.
