ORGANIZE WITH ZONES
Group tasks into built-in zones like Work, Personal, Health, and Creative or create your own with custom colors and icons. Each zone can have its own layout and sort order.

STAY FOCUSED
Start a focus timer from any task. Track your session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Live Activities. When the timer ends, your time is saved automatically.

PLAN AHEAD
Set due dates, recurring schedules, and location-based reminders. Sync tasks to your calendar. Import from Reminders. Get notified at exactly the right moment.

WORK FASTER
Pin important tasks. Tag for quick filtering. Bulk-select to complete, move, or archive in one swipe. Use Siri to add or complete tasks without opening the app.
