## Description

You know something's off. You just can't tell what.

Weekly Pulse is a private check-in. Rate the pillars of your life from 1 to 10, write a line about why, and move on. Do it for a couple of months and you stop guessing. You can see which part of your life you've been feeding and which one you've been letting slide.

FOUR PILLARS, OR YOUR OWN
Work, Play, Love, and Health to start. Rename them, recolor them, add your own, delete the ones that stop mattering.

A CHECK-IN TAKES TWENTY SECONDS
Drag the sliders. Add a note if you have one. Done. Missed a few days? Back-date the entry and the charts fill in behind you.

GUIDED SCORING, WHEN A NUMBER IS HARD
Turn it on and each pillar asks a few plain questions. "Am I learning and growing?" "Do I make time for fun?" Your answers average into the score. Override it when the number feels wrong.

TRENDS
Any pillar over a month, three months, or a year, next to how it did in the period before. The balance ring shows how your attention is actually divided, which is usually not how you think it's divided.

EVERY CHECK-IN KEEPS ITS NOTE
Scroll back through the year and read what was going on when the line moved. Search any word or date.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. There is no server to send anything to. Your check-ins sit on your device. Turn on iCloud and they sync through your own private iCloud account, which nobody else can read, including us. Export everything to CSV whenever you like.

ALSO INCLUDED
- Two home screen widgets: your latest balance, and this week's check-in ring
- Reminders, if you want them
- iCloud sync across your devices
- Streaks and awards you can switch off. They track whether you showed up, never how you rated yourself.

Weekly Pulse is not a medical app and gives no medical advice. It records the numbers you give it. The rest is yours.
