## Description

Ready First (R1) is the daily readiness system built for youth and youth athletes, ages 6 to 17, across 40+ sports.

A child can look physically fine and still be mentally exhausted. Measure only one part of them, and you miss the whole picture. R1 reads three: Mind, Body, and Energy, through a short daily check-in that returns one clear signal — Rebuilding, Rising, or Ready — so parents and coaches always know what today asks of their child, and exactly what to do about it.
