Meet your koala, a cozy friend who lives in a little room that grows as you build calmer screen-time habits. No guilt, no pressure — just a kind companion cheering you on.

DAILY CHECK-INS
Once a day, tell Koko how you're feeling, write a short reflection, and log your screen time. Stay under your goal to earn coins and XP — and keep your streak alive. Miss a day and your streak resets, so a little consistency goes a long way.

FOCUS BLOCK
Need to concentrate? Start a focus session and Koala blocks the apps you choose for as long as you set. Try to leave early and Koko gently invites you to pause and take a breath first. A live countdown sits right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you always know how much time is left.

A ROOM THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Spend your coins in the shop on décor — lamps, plants, a fireplace, and more. Level up to unlock new items and watch your koala's room get cozier the calmer your habits become.
