The Indigenous KHP App offers wellness tools, resources, and supports that honour culture, community, and Indigenous ways of knowing. The app includes both online and offline features, making it more readily accessible for First Nations, Inuit and Metis youth in any setting. Whether you’re navigating a tough moment, seeking to learn more about mental health-related topics, or wanting to connect with non-judgmental supports, the Indigenous KHP app has a variety of resources to help you on your wellness journey. 

What’s inside the app? 
- “My Wellness Bundle”: Create a personalized wellness plan you can access any time, even without internet. 
- Over 100 articles: Explore wellness topics relevant to Indigenous youth, with some content available in Indigenous languages. 
- Talk with a counsellor: When cellular access is available, call to talk with a professional counsellor about whatever’s on your mind. 
- Connect with a crisis responder: When online, message a trained, volunteer crisis responder for support with any issue or feeling from directly within the app. 
- Resources Around Me: Search for in- person and virtual support programs, services, apps and more, near your community and across Canada. 
- Indigenous artwork and inspirational messages: Discover art from Indigenous youth and words of encouragement from Indigenous leaders to remind young people you are strong, valued, and never alone.
