SeatPlan Pro is a monthly subscription for active planning months. Free plans can manage up to 50 guests and 8 tables, and Smart Fill stays free for up to 4 tables or 30 accepted guests. SeatPlan Pro unlocks larger-event Smart Fill, PDF export, and Rebalance All. Cancel anytime from the App Store subscription settings.
