## Description

ShardRun is a fast-paced reflex game where split-second timing is everything.

Your crystal orb hurtles through an endless gauntlet of barriers and gates. Hold the screen to shatter into invincible fragments — but you can't score. Release to reassemble — now you can collect points, but one hit means death.

The core choice is simple: stay shattered and safe, or risk it all for a higher score.

HOW TO PLAY
- Hold anywhere to shatter your orb into prismatic fragments
- Release to reassemble and collect gates for points
- Phase through deadly barriers while shattered
- Time your transitions carefully — there's a brief moment where you're neither safe nor scoring
