Write what happened. Perspective offers three possible lenses on what your mind may be adding:

STORY — the meaning the moment may be starting to carry.
INTERPRETATION — another possible reading, without forced positivity.
JUDGMENT — the conclusion or certainty that may be settling in.

Then pause with one final question. Keep what became clear on your device, or let the reflection go.

HOW AI IS USED
Writing you deliberately submit is processed through OneFlow’s service and an external AI provider to create the three lenses. Perspective asks for permission before the first submission.

A fixed safety check runs before AI generation. If it pauses your writing, no perspective is generated, the matched text is not sent to the AI provider, and no complimentary reflection is used.

Perspective supports self-reflection. It does not provide therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or medical, legal or mental-health advice. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Monthly and yearly memberships unlock unlimited reflections. Prices are shown by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
