## Description

COMSOL WorkSite is a professional field service management app 
designed for technicians, contractors and channel partners working 
in the telecommunications and network infrastructure industry. 
Stay connected to your work orders, log activity, and manage 
tasks — even when you're offline.

Whether you work for a telecoms operator, a contracting company 
or as an independent field technician, COMSOL WorkSite keeps you 
connected to your work from anywhere.

To get started, download the app and request an account from your 
organisation's COMSOL administrator.

FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT
- View and manage all assigned work order tasks in real time
- Accept, reject, start travel, begin work, pause, resume and 
  close tasks directly from your phone
- Access full task details including location, contact information, 
  expected start and end times
- Search tasks by number or description

ACTIVITY STREAM
- View live work notes and attachments for every task
- Add work notes and upload photos or documents directly 
  from the field
- Activity updates in real time with live polling

- Browse all files attached to a work order task
- Preview images in full screen
- Download documents directly on your device
