Lung Logger helps lung transplant patients and people with chronic lung disease track important home health numbers in one place.

Record FEV1, PEF, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, exercise, fluid intake, missed doses, notes, and health events. View trends over time with simple graphs and history screens.

Lung Logger was created by a double lung transplant patient who wanted a better way to track daily recovery than using a pen and notebook.
