Most emergency alert systems only work if you can press a button. WellCheck works even when you can't.

If you miss a scheduled check-in — because of a fall, a medical episode, or anything else that leaves you unable to call for help — WellCheck attempts to send an SMS alert to your trusted contacts automatically. No button to press. No device to wear. Just your phone, working for you.                                                                                                                                         

HOW IT WORKS
   • Set check-in intervals (every 1–24 hours) or specific times each day
   • Check in with one tap using phone notification or the app itself                                                    
   • Miss a check-in? Urgent alerts fire on your phone during a configurable grace period
   • After the grace period, WellCheck sends an emergency SMS to all confirmed contacts

THE KEY DIFFERENCE
Traditional medical alert devices require you to press a button when something goes wrong. WellCheck works in reverse — your silence is the signal. A stroke, a fall, a diabetic episode — if you go quiet, your family finds out.

AUTOMATED EMERGENCY ALERTS                   
  • SMS consent link — contacts must accept before receiving any alerts
  • Emergency SMS sent automatically when a check-in is missed
  • Grace period (5–30 min) to prevent false alarms                                                                                          
  • Urgent repeating notifications during grace period
  • Your callback number included so contacts can reach you immediately                                                                      
  • Optional location sharing — GPS snapshot included as a Maps link in emergency SMS

SMART CHECK-IN SYSTEM
  • Interval mode: every 1–24 hours, guided setup, minimum 2 check-ins per day                                                               
  • Scheduled times: set specific times (e.g. 8:00 AM, 8:00 PM); check in up to 1 hour early
  • Grace period: 5–30 minutes, configurable
  • Active window — set first and last check-in times to prevent alerts from firing overnight

ACTIVITY MODE
  • Short-interval check-ins (5–30 min) for hikes, runs, ski trips, or any remote activity                                                   
  • 5-minute grace period during activity for a tighter safety window
  • Automatically reverts to your normal schedule when the session ends                                                                      

APPLE WATCH
  • Apple Watch companion app — check in from your wrist, even away from your phone (requires cellular connection if away from phone)

PRIVACY & CONSENT
  • Contacts must accept an SMS consent link before receiving any alerts
  • SMS opt-out supported (reply STOP to any message)  • Minimal data collected — only what's needed for safety
  • No third-party tracking or advertising
