Step1st is an app blocker that turns walking into access. Most screen time apps set a timer you can skip. This one doesn't. You pick the apps that pull you in, set a daily step goal, and those apps stay locked until you walk. Phone addiction doesn't break on willpower. A simple rule: move first, then open them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the apps you want to lock
2. Set your daily step goal
3. Walk to unlock them for the rest of the day

Miss the goal? They stay locked. Hit it? They unlock for the rest of the day.

LOCK MODE
