HOW IT WORKS 
- Start a session. Pick how long, and the apps you choose stay blocked the whole time.
- Set a schedule. Choose your days and hours, like 5 PM to 9 PM on weekdays, and Off blocks automatically.
- Allow what you need. Keep specific apps or websites open during a session and block everything else.
- Stay informed. Optional notifications when a session starts and when it ends.
- See your progress. Review your full session history any time.

- Nothing leaves your phone. Your settings and history stay on your device.

Off uses Apple Screen Time to block apps on your own device. You stay in control and can grant or remove access any time in Settings.
