PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Scanning and OCR happen on your device. Documents remain local unless you enable iCloud Sync. Flatbed never sends your scans to our servers and never tracks you across apps or websites.

SCAN ANYTHING
Point your camera at any document, receipt, whiteboard, or note. Intelligent edge detection finds your document, corrects perspective, and produces crisp scans automatically. Turn on Auto-Capture and scans fire the moment your document is steady — no tap required.

ENHANCE WITH FILTERS
Apply non-destructive image filters to every page: Original, Color Enhanced, Grayscale, Black & White, or High Contrast. Each page keeps its own filter, and exports always reflect your choices.

SEARCH YOUR DOCUMENTS
On-device OCR extracts text from every scan — no internet connection is required for recognition. Search your entire library by keyword in seconds. Exported PDFs include selectable, searchable text.

OPTIONAL ICLOUD SYNC
Enable iCloud Sync to keep complete documents — including full-resolution pages, titles, folders, tags, and OCR text — available across your devices through your private iCloud database. Flatbed has no access to that data.

ORGANIZE YOUR WAY
Create folders to sort documents by project, client, or category. Rename, move, and rearrange anything. Long-press to enter multi-select mode and batch delete, move, or export.

EXPORT & SHARE
Export any document as a searchable PDF or as individual images. Share via AirDrop, Files, Mail, or any app through the standard share sheet.
