Every appraisal tracks the panel — Policyholder Appraiser, Carrier Appraiser, and Umpire — alongside milestones, activity history, notes, files, and financials in an organized detail view.

Document the loss on-site. Capture property damage photos rapid-fire with the in-app camera, or import from your photo library. Uploads are queued durably on the device — shoot in a basement or a dead zone and everything syncs automatically when coverage returns.

Execute documents in the field. Sign PDFs with legally compliant e-signatures (ESIGN/UETA) using typed or drawn signatures, guided placement, and a full audit trail. Generate professional appraisal documents — Declaration of Appraisers, Selection of Umpire, Awards, and Retainer letters — pre-populated from the appraisal and its panel.
