When you start a session, Focus Station activates a shield that protects you from distracting apps at the system level. Unlike simple timers, this shield stays active even if you close the app. Choose which apps and categories to shield — you stay in control.

DEEP WORK TIMER

Set focused work sessions of 25, 45, or 60 minutes. A clean, warm interface keeps your timer front and center with a progress ring and gentle encouragement messages that rotate as you work. Need a moment? Take a 5-minute pause without losing your session.

AMBIENT FOCUS SOUNDS

Layer up to six ambient soundscapes to create your perfect focus environment: cafe chatter, rainfall, crackling fireplace, forest birdsong, ocean waves, or gentle wind. Mix and match, adjust individual volumes, and let your focus room come to life.

LIVE ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN

Your session appears on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so you always know where you stand — no need to open the app. See your timer, current task, and shield status at a glance.

TASK BOARD

Keep a simple list of what matters today. Add tasks, mark them complete, and start focused sessions directly from your task list. Each task tracks how many focus sessions you have dedicated to it.

YOUR FOCUS STORY

Review your sessions in the stats view: total sessions, minutes focused, tasks completed, and a weekly chart showing your focus rhythm. No streaks. No scores. Just a clear picture of the time you have invested in your work.

SCREEN TIME INSIGHTS

See how your screen time compares to your focus time with on-device reports. Understand where your screen time goes and watch your focus ratio grow over time.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Focus Station never sends your data to the cloud. All session history, tasks, and screen time data stay on your device. App selections are stored as encrypted tokens — we never see which apps you block.
