Two hours at the dock is free. Everything after that, the broker owes you.

Most owner-operators never bill it, because reconstructing when you arrived and when you pulled out, days later, is not worth the fight. SherHaul keeps that record for you while you sit.

The whole app is free. No subscription, no trial, no card.

AT THE DOCK
Tap once when you reach the gate. SherHaul stamps the time and the coordinates and starts the clock. Tap again when you leave.

WHEN THE CLOCK PASSES TWO HOURS
You get a notification to photograph whatever proves you were sitting: the trailer, the dock door, the paperwork. Every photo is timestamped and attached to the claim.

THE CLAIM
SherHaul builds the detention claim as a PDF. Your carrier name, MC and DOT numbers, the load and the facility, arrival and departure, the billable hours after free time, and the photos. One tap emails it to the broker.

IF THE BROKER PUSHES BACK
Generate a dispute letter that answers the specific reason they gave, cites the detention terms on the rate confirmation, and re-attaches the original evidence.

CHECK A BROKER BEFORE YOU HAUL
Enter their MC number and see their FMCSA operating authority, whether it is active, and whether they carry a surety bond. The bond is what you claim against if they do not pay you. Straight from FMCSA public records.

LUMPER RECEIPTS
Photograph the receipt and SherHaul reads the amount, the facility and the date, then builds the reimbursement request. Thermal paper fades badly, so when the scan cannot make out the total you type it in and the document builds the same way.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
Arrival is a button you press. SherHaul does not follow you in the background and does not read your location unless you tap. There are no ads. We do not sell your data, and we do not sell your details to brokers or factoring companies.
