## Description

A structured 90-day path for journaling, breathwork, and parts work. The first 28 days are free — no commitment.

InnerLight is a structured companion for guided inner work.

It brings together journaling, breathwork, mood tracking, and parts-based reflection in a calm 90-day path you can actually follow.

What's inside: • A daily practice sequence — somatic grounding, breathwork, journaling, and reflection, paced to your capacity • Visual breath pacing with voice-guided patterns for nervous system regulation • Parts-based journaling informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) — explore your Managers, Firefighters, and Exiles without pathologizing them • Guided audio sessions for self-compassion, boundaries, titration, and somatic awareness • Mood tracking and insights that show patterns over time, not just a daily score • A growing inner garden that reflects your consistency — gentle, not gamified

Built for privacy: Your reflections stay on your device by default. No accounts required. No data sold. Optional iCloud backup on your terms.

Who it's for: People doing real inner work — whether you're in therapy, between therapists, or building your own practice. InnerLight meets you where you are without rushing you forward.

Start with the free 28-day foundation. InnerLight Circle continues into wound healing, integration, and deeper practices.
