  - Assign rooms to therapists in seconds — 60 or 90-minute sessions
  - Live room status board: Available, In Session, Waiting for Cleaning, Cleaning
  - 4-hand sessions: assign two therapists to one room simultaneously
  - Countdown timer with 15-minute reminder before each session ends
  - Overdue alerts sent automatically to managers and owners
  - Cleaning workflow: start cleaning, mark complete, or skip

  TEAM
  - Daily check-in and check-out for every staff member
