Sheet Metal Master is an on-device calculation tool for duct fabrication, pipe fitting, and sheet-metal layout. Enter measurable dimensions to preview patterns, define fabrication allowances, save projects, and export DXF files.

15 TASKS
• Ductwork: round-to-rectangle, rectangular reducer, 90° round tee, rectangular offset, rectangular miter elbow, and rectangular tee
• Pipe and vessel work: oblique round tee, equal-diameter round Y branch, segmented elbow, cone/frustum, oblique-cut pipe, and spherical-head gores
• Bending: single bend, double bend, and box bend

• Welding, riveting, lock-seam, and manual allowances

Core calculations run locally on your device. The round Y branch is a field-fit construction. A sphere cannot be flattened without strain, so spherical-head gores are an approximation with a reported boundary-strain value. Always verify material, connection details, and a sample before production cutting.
