PowerSpoke Get more out of your smart trainer – free and without a subscription. 
PowerSpoke gives you designed and routes, training programmes directly on your smart trainer, so you can focus on turning the pedals. 

Training Programmes:
FTP - Structured training with your own FTP.
Watt – Fixed watt resistance varied in timed intervals, gear will not affect the resistance.
Hill Climb – Ride at a fixed gradient that changes along the way, varied in timed intervals, gear will affect the resistance.
Distance – A flat route with minimal elevation variation, designet route.
Distance + Hill – Authentic routes from real-world cycling with natural terrain variation, routes from real life, converted into the app so it feels like biking for real.

Spinning – Simulate a spinning bike with manual adjustment of watt or gradient, gear will not affect the resistance.

New training programmes added regularly. 
Sync: Strava and Intervals.icu
