Pooltide App is the field app for pool service businesses — the route,
the water, the paperwork, and the money in one place. Owners see the
whole operation. Technicians see today's stops and nothing they don't need.

THE ROUTE
• Today's stops in drive order, one technician's day at a time
• Handoff to Apple Maps for directions, and an arrival check-in when you get there
• Reschedule, reassign, and add work orders as the day changes

THE WATER
• Every reading runs through the chemistry engine: LSI on every visit,
  plus the exact dose for that pool's gallons
• Handling notes for each chemical, so a new tech doses like a veteran
• Chemistry trends per pool, so you can see a problem coming

LOGGING WITHOUT THE TYPING
• Speak the visit — readings, chemicals added, what you saw — and it
  files into the right fields
• Photos on any visit or work order
• Checklists and tasks per pool

OFFLINE, ALWAYS
• Finish the route with zero bars. Everything syncs the moment you're
  back in range.

CUSTOMERS
• Pool size, equipment, gate codes, service history and chemistry trend
  in one profile
• Import a customer straight from Contacts

THE MONEY
• Invoice the route, record payments, and see what's outstanding
• Work-order pricing, materials and labor, closed out on site
• Gross profit, revenue and chemical cost by customer
• Technician pay — hourly, per visit, or percentage — settled by month

FOR THE TEAM
• Invite technicians; they see only their own customers, never your pricing
• Push notifications for what changed on the day

Arrival Check-In is optional and off by default. When you turn it on,
Pooltide App uses your location in the background to notice when you
arrive at a stop. Your live location is never sent to our servers.

account to sign in. Accounts are created at pooltideapp.com.
