- Configure rounds, rest periods, warm-up time, and end-of-round warnings. Save unlimited presets for different training styles — from classic 3-minute boxing rounds to quick HIIT circuits.

Hear every transition
- Choose from bell, gong, whistle, and digital beep sounds for round starts, endings, and warnings. Enable haptic feedback so you never miss a cue, even in a loud gym. Voice announcements call out each round number so you always know where you are.

Stay focused, screen off
- Live Activities put your countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Notifications fire on every phase change, even when the app is in the background. Your screen stays awake during sessions - no tapping to check the clock.

Track your sessions
