Read For Kids turns your family’s picture books into read-alouds for your child. Take a photo of each page; the app recognizes the text and reads it aloud. Kids can choose books and listen on their own while following along in the real book.

・Scan picture books: Point the camera at a page, capture, and the app recognizes the text. You can edit before saving.
・Read aloud for kids: High-quality voice reads the original text.
・Parent / Kid mode: Parent mode for creating books and settings; Kid mode has a simple interface so children can browse and listen on their own. Parents can set a PIN to protect settings.
・Page flow: Manual turn, auto continuous read, or voice prompt “Please turn the page” so it matches the physical book.
・Backup & restore: Export books and settings to a file (e.g. iCloud, Google Drive). Restore after a new device or reinstall. Available for both free and paid users.
