## Description

Mono helps you block distractions on your iPhone in a way that actually works.
Most focus apps have one big problem: you can turn them off with a single tap. Mono can't. Every profile is activated and deactivated exclusively through the Mono Block, a physical device you hold in your hand. No impulsively scrolling anyway. No exceptions. Once set, you're set in stone.
Create a profile and choose which apps you want to block, or allow as the only ones available. Tap the Mono Block against your iPhone to activate the profile. Only when you tap the Mono Block again will it turn off.
Privacy first
Mono doesn't collect any data. No account, no cloud storage, no tracking. Everything stays on your device.
