The Heal home suggests the right mode for the hour — Uplift in the morning, Focus midday, Calm in the evening, Sleep at night — with five scenarios always ready: paced breathing, long fading soundscapes for sleep, unhurried evenings, steady focus, and bright starts.

SESSIONS THAT RESPOND TO YOU
Wear your Apple Watch and the session listens back: a live heart-rate curve on screen, and adaptive audio that gently softens brightness, fullness, and pulse as you settle. Every layer of the soundscape — pad, texture, nature, motif, drone — is visible and honest about what it's doing.

TALK IT THROUGH
Not sure what you need? A short conversation helps you land on a scenario. Every word you read is written by us, not generated — the assistant only chooses which of our lines fit you.

SOUNDSCAPES WITH DEPTH
Warm synths, rain & ocean, singing bowls, nylon guitar, handpan — switch families mid-session and the sound crossfades on the next bar. An optional two-ear tone layer adds a slow, settling pulse through headphones.
