GutTracker 是專為克隆氏症（Crohn's Disease）、潰瘍性結腸炎（UC）與腸躁症（IBS）患者打造的腸道健康追蹤 App，以「3 秒記錄」為核心體驗，幫助你系統化追蹤每日腸道狀況，並產生可交給醫師的健康報告。

【Bristol 量表快速記錄】
點擊圖形化 Bristol 1-7 型即完成記錄，支援血便、黏液、排便急迫感、疼痛程度等詳細欄位，完整記錄 IBD 臨床關注指標。

【完整症狀追蹤】
一鍵記錄腹痛、腹脹、脹氣、噁心、絞痛、腸鳴、疲倦、發燒、關節痛等症狀嚴重度（無/輕/中/重），完整涵蓋 IBD 腸外表現。

【深度整合 Apple Health】
自動同步排便狀況（Bristol 6-7 → diarrhea；Bristol 1-2 → constipation）與症狀至 Apple Health，並讀取睡眠時數、步數、心率作為健康評分參考。

【每日健康評分（0-100 分）】
根據排便頻率、Bristol 類型、症狀嚴重度與用藥完成率，自動計算每日腸道健康指數，每天早上推播昨日評分摘要。
