- TRACK MORE THAN PITCH COUNTS — Log every throwing session — games, bullpens, practice, and warm-ups. ARMED calculates total Throwing Load Units (TLUs) so you see the full picture.
- DAILY ARM READINESS — A personalized Readiness Score (0–100) based on workload history, rest days, sleep, and soreness trends helps guide what to do each day.
- RECOVERY & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT — Track rest days, sleep quality, and soreness. Get simple, practical tips to support recovery between appearances.
- PITCHING GUIDANCE — Pitch count tracking, rest-day rules based on Pitch Smart guidelines, and availability status for coaches and parents.
