Properties & Tenants

• Add and manage rental properties; create a tenancy record for an occupied rental in one step
• Record tenant details, lease dates, rent, and security deposits

Rent & Records

• Record rent payments and track remaining balances
• After allowing notifications, receive rent reminders 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and 3 days after
