## Description

Daylogue is an AI journal and mood tracker built to help you review what you recorded and what repeats over time. Write, speak, or complete a quick daily check-in, and Daylogue reads your life back to you.

MOST JOURNAL APPS SAVE ENTRIES. DAYLOGUE CONNECTS THEM.

Daylogue notices recurring themes across what you choose to share: the people who keep showing up, the parts of your week that feel heavier, and what you recorded alongside lighter or heavier days. Instead of leaving each entry behind, Daylogue turns your days into a connected record you can understand.

CHECK IN YOUR WAY

• Write a journal entry
• Log your mood, energy, stress, sleep, and body context
• Choose from guided reflection prompts
• Add photos or video
• Reply to a Daylogue text or email
• Use optional real-time conversational voice with voice credits

SEE YOUR LIFE PATTERNS

• Read a short narrative after each check-in
• Follow recurring people, themes, and topics
• Review mood trends and changes over time
• Connect calendar and health context when you choose
• Search your journal history
• Build a Chromascape from the mood fields you select

MORE THAN A BLANK PAGE

Explore guided programs, reflection frameworks, custom moods, reflection questions, and shareable cards. Skip a day or a week and come back whenever you want. Daylogue does not use streaks.

PRIVACY AND AI

Daylogue reads the eligible entries you choose to sync to create narratives and surface patterns. Entries are not end-to-end encrypted. Data is protected in transit with TLS, and ordinary account access is restricted with per-user database controls. These controls reduce risk; they do not guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible, and authorized service, support, security, and legal-process paths remain possible.

Daylogue does not sell personal data or use personal entries to train its own models. AI, voice, hosting, messaging, and other disclosed service providers process data to operate requested features according to the current service configuration, written terms, and subprocessor disclosures. On supported accounts and platforms, No AI Mode prevents newly submitted content from being sent to Daylogue's AI and voice services. Entries still sync to Daylogue, and No AI Mode is not local-only or end-to-end encrypted.

When you choose to connect Apple Health on a supported Apple surface, Daylogue imports eligible records as context. Daylogue does not measure sleep, calculate readiness or recovery, infer emotion from physiology, or predict performance. It does not infer emotion from your face or the tone of your voice. It works from the words and structured information you choose to share.

A read is an observation for reflection, not a diagnosis, personality verdict, readiness score, prediction, or statement that one thing caused another.

Daylogue is not therapy, medical care, a medical device, or an emergency or crisis-monitoring service. Automated resources may be shown when covered crisis language is identified, but the system can miss content, respond when resources are not needed, or fail because of product, network, classification, or delivery errors.

Daylogue is a system for self-understanding. The journal is the input. Understanding yourself over time is the product.

Live it. Logue it.
