Create a thread for the person you support, invite others with private team codes, and log updates in seconds. Each thread uses initials and a Carethread code instead of full names, helping your team stay organized without putting sensitive details front and center.

Use Carethread to:
- Add quick notes for daily care
- Track mood, pain, skin issues, bowel activity, and optional vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, glucose, respiration, and oxygen saturation
- See updates at a glance
- Browse history by date
- Search active threads and archive records when they’re no longer needed
- Invite caregivers, manage access, transfer ownership, or leave a team
- Enable Privacy Mode with Face ID or device authentication to protect access on your device

Carethread is built for real-world coordination: family members, home caregivers, and small teams who need a reliable shared log without scattered texts.
