## Description

FirstXI is an app for football players and coaches that combines a daily check-in, training plan, readiness insights and communication in one place.

Athletes can track sleep, readiness, pain, mental fatigue and workload each day, while the app adjusts the training plan to the real condition of the day. Coaches can see athlete signals, trends and react faster to fatigue, pain or missing check-ins.
