THREE WAYS TO BLOCK

Focus Sessions: Tap Start Focus and your selection is gone until you tap Stop. No countdown to wait out, no timer to game.
Schedules: Name it, pick the apps, set the times, and choose the repeating days. Work hours, study blocks, mornings, or nights—it blocks and unblocks on its own, without you ever opening the app.
Daily Limits: Give yourself 30 minutes of social media a day. Use them whenever you want; when the time is spent, those apps stay shut until midnight.
