## Description

Most removal services want your name, address, and birthdate so they can act for you. Scrappy Kin doesn't. Requests go from your own Gmail to the broker. Not through us.

Data brokers — people search sites, marketing-list vendors, and recruiting databases — collect your name, home address, phone number, and who you're related to, then sell it to whoever pays. You can demand they delete it. Every broker buries the process differently, and the friction is deliberate.

Auditing them one at a time isn't reasonable for one person. That's the work Scrappy Kin takes on. Before a broker makes the list, we test it ourselves using the same email the app prepares. We record whether the broker honors a plain email request, pushes us into a portal or ID check, or ignores it. Only brokers that honor the request make the list. It's short on purpose — every email is one more company seeing your information, so there's no upside in writing to one that won't act.

The same testing honed the email itself, down to the least a broker needs to find your record: your name, email, city, state, and the first four digits of your ZIP. Nothing more. You read it before anything sends, and you can edit the wording.

You choose the pace: three, five, ten, or all remaining. Review a prepared group, approve it, and Gmail sends the requests. Replies land in your own Gmail, where you can read them, follow up, or archive them.

Your personal information stays with you, not on Scrappy Kin's servers. You approve each round, and requests go from your Gmail account to the brokers, not through ours.

What Scrappy Kin can't do

Read your Gmail inbox, sent mail, or message history. The app asks for one permission — send only — and Google shows you that screen before you approve it.
See your card or billing details. Apple handles payment.
Store your personal information on our servers. There's no Scrappy Kin account or server-side profile.
Track you. No analytics, no third-party trackers, no automatic crash reporting.

What you keep

Edit the email wording, or the details in it, any time.
Disconnect Gmail from Settings, or revoke the permission from your Google account.
Delete all local app data from Settings.
Broker replies come to your inbox, not ours.

The app code is public on GitHub. You don't have to take our word for any of this.

If you email support@scrappykin.com, we see only what you choose to share — you're welcome to use an alias and skip the personal details.

Your first five broker requests are free, with no card and no trial clock. An annual subscription opens the full list and covers resends — brokers re-acquire personal information, so we recommend sending again every few months.
