BidPointX brings estimating, inventory, assets, field work, documents, and billing into the same operational system for iPhone and iPad.

With Estimates, teams can create detailed estimates, organize scope with divisions and cost codes, prepare bid packages, compare bids, track RFIs, and manage budgets, contracts, invoices, schedules of values, forms, bidders, and project partners.

With InvenOps, teams can track assets and SKUs, review availability, allocate inventory, build job-ready loadouts, schedule field work, capture photos and notes, manage tasks and materials, monitor labor and costs, send invoices, and follow payment status.

The app helps teams understand what has been estimated, what is out for bid, what is available, what is deployed, what is scheduled, what is ready to bill, and what still needs attention. Estimate records, documents, inventory history, archived items, job sites, customers, users, and handoffs stay organized so teams can work with better visibility.

Users sign in with the same BidPointX account used on the web, then choose InvenOps or Estimates based on their workspace access. Face ID or Touch ID can be enabled once and used with either product on the same device.

BidPointX supports workflows for owners, managers, estimators, project managers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, field crews, and operations teams working between the office, yard, warehouse, and job site.

A BidPointX business account is required. Account signup, product enrollment, subscription management, and payment method management are completed on the BidPointX website. Available features depend on workspace access and user permissions.
