Enter ratios with flour at 100% and get weights.
Set a total dough weight and it splits into ingredient weights at your ratios.
Switch between ratio and total as often as you like — the math keeps up.

Calculates the volume of round, square and loaf pans and rescales the recipe.
Standard pan presets for Korea, Japan, Europe and the US are built in.
Fitting a 15 cm recipe into an 18 cm pan is no longer done by hand.
